1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the CricON application ("App") or any related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use CricON. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address and a secure password, or through a supported third-party authentication provider.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person, impersonate any individual, or use a name that is offensive, misleading, or violates any third-party rights.

4. Licence Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CricON grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit the App or its content in any way.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create through the App, including match scores, commentary, player profiles, and team data ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant CricON a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, host, store, reproduce, and display that content to operate and improve the Services.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or contain false or misleading information.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our Code of Conduct without prior notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

(a) falsify, manipulate, or misrepresent match scores, statistics, or any other data on the platform;

(b) use automated scripts, bots, or other means to scrape, index, or interact with the App without our written consent;

(c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App, its servers, or any connected systems;

(d) upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;

(e) engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits other users from enjoying the App.

7. Live Streaming

CricON provides tools to stream matches live. By streaming, you represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from participants and, where applicable, venue owners or rights holders.

You must not stream copyrighted content owned by broadcasters or other third parties without proper authorisation. CricON is not responsible for any content you stream and reserves the right to terminate streams that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including its source code, design, graphics, trademarks, and proprietary content — are and remain the exclusive property of CricON and its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the CricON name, logo, or any of our trademarks without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g. Google Sign-In, cloud infrastructure providers). Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. CricON is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CricON and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or our Code of Conduct.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ends immediately.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
